Award
The Public Benefit Organizations Regulatory Authority (formerly the NGOs Coordination Board), Awesome Concepts Limited and other partners will hold the 2024 NGO Awards on 5th October(World Teachers Day) 2024. The 2024 NGOs Awards aim to recognize and celebrate outstanding non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that have made significant contributions to sustainable development.
Our Award
VGCTE is an emerging technical, social and educational professional organization established in the year 2019. VGCTE aims to connect the Scholars, Academicians and Professionals from Industries. VGCTE ‘s motto is to serve the national Academic & Research community through dissemination of knowledge on recent advances in different fields of engineering, basic & applied science, medical science, social science and management etc. among the students, researchers, academicians and industry professionals through its several departments.
Launch and Nomination Period
Official Launch of the awards with partners and the media. NGOs, partners, and the public can submit nominations through the official awards website. Detailed nomination forms will be available, requiring comprehensive information about the NGO's projects and impact. There will be on ground activation to sensitise more NGOs
Initial Screening
A panel will review all nominations to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Eligible nominations will move to the next stage.
Short listing
Judges will evaluate the nominations based on predefined criteria. A shortlist of finalists will be announced, featuring the top contenders in each award category. The shortlist will be availed at a media event
Public Voting
Profiles of the shortlisted NGOs will be published on the awards website, website of NGOs Coordination Board, media partners and social media platforms. The public will have the opportunity to vote, contributing to the final decision.
Final Evaluation
Final winners will be selected based on the combined scores from judges and public votes based on the ratio of 70:30 per cent, with 70 per cent of scores based on the public vote and 30 per cent on judges scores.
Awards Announcement and Ceremony
Winners will be announced at a grand awards ceremony. The prestigious event to celebrate the winners will feature keynote speeches from prominent figures in the sector Extensive media coverage to highlight the achievements of the winning NGOs and promote their work to a broader audience.
