Those who sign up for VGCET Membership will have access to technical services and funding for their research projects. Members of the VGCET include professors, researchers, and other professionals working in academia, business, and government. Member institutions have the option to form faculty/student chapters at the department or institute level. It is a venue for the exchange of technological information with the backing of prominent academics, research specialists, and businesspeople. In order to take use of VGCET’s services—which include publishing assistance, scholarships, prizes and recognition, conference and seminar planning, workshop facilitation, and more—chapters must become members.

Terms & Codition

VGCET Research Excellence Award/ Young Researcher Award/ Young Achiever Award: One of his/her best research papers (already published during the past five years) must be submitted by the candidate for the award. Based on the technical weightage of the paper, standards of the publisher, impact factor, citations, etc. awards will be decided by the VGCET Review committee.

Premium membership is issued for the candidates who are awarded with titles Research Excellence, Young Achiever, Young Researcher, Principal of the Year, Best Teacher, and HOD of the Year. Benefits will be the same as those given for VGCET Fellow Members. Premium Membership is valid for a lifetime and the registration fee is Rs.3000/-

Benefits of Professional Membership

A physical copy of the certificate with the name of the award and a memento including the information of the research paper (VGCET) will be presented to the recipient.

  • A certificate of completion will be provided. Everyone who takes part will get a certificate and an ID card. Visit …………………….membership for further information and perks.
  • More than 150 subscribers will get a hard copy of the VGCET Yearbook, which includes the information and images of registered participants. Each participant will also receive an electronic copy of the yearbook.
  • Our awards department website, www.insc.in/awards, will include his or her information.
  • He or she may be asked to serve as a resource person or session chair for VGCET events related to his or her area of expertise.
  • If the department receives registrations from more than four teams for this challenge, a certificate of participation will be distributed.
  • If the college registers more than 20 teams, they will additionally provide a certificate of participation.

Eligibility for Professional Membership

  • Candidate must be a degree holder and must be a professional from any field of engineering, medical science, basic & applied science, pharmacy, nursing, agriculture science, veterinary science, social sciences and management, Arts & Humanities etc.
  • Main focus will be given to Academicians, Researchers, Scientists and Professionals from industries
  • Research/PhD Scholars can also opt for professional membership
  • Minimum age limit is 21 years

VGCET INSTITUTION / ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT MEMBERSHIP / FACULTY CHAPTERS

  • MOU with the Institute/Department to establish Faculty/Student Chapter whose benefits are as mentioned in ……………… Validity of this MOU is for three years
    • Assistance to conduct National/International conferences (Conditions applied) in the institute including online publication, offline publication along with conference kit.
    • Assistance to publish technical books under International Publications with 30% reduction in publication fee
    • VGCET -Editorial Board Membership will be given to the all Ph.D. holders of the institute along with unique BIJMRD International certificate.
  • Two pages for advertisement will be reserved for the institute in VGCET YEAR BOOK which will be circulated to more than 1,000 VGCET subscribers all over the country.
  • Institute can advertise any events that will be organized by it in VGCET departments’ web pages, which are having more than one lakh viewers from all over the world in a year.
  • Assistance to publish conference proceedings with ISBN Book & Book Chapter.
